What does an old bicycle, generator, and YOUTH put together in a fun and educational atmosphere equal??
LIGHT !!! look closely at the Compact Florescent Lightbulb (CFL) near the handle bars (it is lit even though in the bright sunlight you can't see that... not easy or efficient but it shows that there are alternatives that could work to help our global situation and the kids loved the interaction between themselves and physics.

Once again a favorite amongst the county folks is the trading and plain giving of plants of many varieties.
Seems like a good idea when you thin out your garden or just have extra plants, that they be passed on to someone that will plant,tend, and enjoy them.

Fetured were a solar water fountain, blower that turned a fan which was connected to an oscilloscope which showed an image of power produced as well as a variety of other examples of altenate ways to produce usable energy
